Terms of Trade

General terms of trade are payment due on completion of installation.  We may require a deposit on acceptance of quotation. Other terms are available by negotiation with management.  All overdue accounts  incur a 2.5% interest charge. Ownership of goods/services passes from Sedco Engineering to the purchaser when invoice has been paid in full.
